The power scaling gets so drastically out of hand that I constantly found myself thinking, "Is this balance really making sense?" To me, Season 3 felt exactly like the transition from Naruto to Boruto. Just when I thought I had seen the absolute strongest characters in the universe, ridiculously overpowered enemies suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I personally felt that this massive power creep in Season 3 broke the established logic of the world and diminished the tension for me.

My personal recommendation is for readers who love highly detailed RPG class mechanics, appreciate a story that gives supporting characters time to shine, and enjoy massive, explosive combat scaling. If you can adopt my mindset of turning off your brain a bit when the power levels skyrocket in Season 3, I think you will find this an incredibly satisfying read!
